Private Duty Nursing
Private Duty Nursing services consist of nursing procedures to meet an individual's health needs, including the provision of nursing treatments, observation and teaching provided by licensed nurses within the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act, consistent with physicians' orders and professional consultation with case management teams. These services are provided to an individual at home.
